Our coffee journey began in 2015. We set ourselves to always bring forth quality coffee products by and for ordinary people with extraordinary lives. We are always on the lookout to bring the best beans to coffee lovers who share our passion for a great cup of coffee. Everything we do comes down to developing ourselves everyday to make our customer experience a little better. In Sweet Blossom Cafe, coffee lovers and baristas gather to share their experience, happiness and a common passion: a simple bean to a great cup of coffee.
We are well-known for our light roast single-origin coffee, providing black, white and filter brew.
We are obsessed over our coffee because we know that like us, you look forward to your daily cuppa and we want to ensure that we make every cup your best!
Roastery / Coffee roasting
Coffee roasting is an important part of crafting a delicious cup of coffee. We started roasting our coffee through many trials and errors and research since 2015. With the sheer love for coffee, we have finally identified SBC’s unique roasting style. We are going to continuously improve our craft in providing the best coffee to you.
During the roasting process, our focus is to enhance and bring out as much flavor of the origin beans. We do this by balancing the acidity with the sweetness to produce a high quality, good clarity & showcase the signature flavors of each origin.
